New attendance category
 
Musos wishing to trace old band mates need look no further.

In our ongoing efforts to ensure Who-Remembers-Me.com is a useful site for people from all walks of life, we have added a new attendance category: Bands.

Anyone who has been a member of a rock band, pop group, orchestra, or any other kind of musical ensemble can add their details.

In the first month we've already had three thousand people registering under the new category.

Some recent additions range from the bravely named Grunt, Chewy and Toxic Lover to the more genteel sounding Liverpool Cantata Choir, the City of Melbourne Highland Pipe Band and the Ukrainian American String Band. Hello to you all and thanks for registering.

Nearly there
 
WRM now has 750 thousand members. And, with your help, we expect to reach our first major milestone by next March: one million registered members.

Thanks again for all your support and patience during these early days. We're delighted that so many of you are now finding old friends through the site - by the time we get to a million we should all begin to see real results.

We've added an 'Affiliates' page for anyone who is interested in promoting WRM on their website and the chance to share in our success.

Our affiliates can earn commission while helping to increase the size of the database and create more opportunities to find old friends.

New look for WRM mail
 
To go with the new-look Who-Remembers-Me.com website, we've re-written and re-designed all the mail that leaves the site. We hope you find it clearer and more enjoyable to read.


Attendances*
 
It's great to see that the numbers of matches on the monthly Matching Attendance Reports are increasing each month.

To make this free service work for you, you need to have added your attendances - and, if you already have, why not add some more!

Don't forget, it is completely free to add 'attendances' and the more you include the easier it is to be found by old friends. For example, instead of listing only your schools or workplaces, why not add the streets you've lived on and the clubs or teams you've been a member of?

Whenever a new member adds an 'attendance' that matches one of yours, we will instantly email you with a link directly to their profile.
