to the first NEWSLETTER of 2006!
It’s hard to believe that Easter has already been and gone but here at WRM Towers, we’ve been so busy processing all of our new members we’ve hardly stopped!
More than a MILLION!
And yes, it’s official, WRM now has over one million members and counting! It’s almost three years to the day since we opened our gates, which means we’re averaging a staggering 900 new members a day! It’s no wonder we’ve been busy.
But we’re not the only ones judging by the number of stories we’re getting on a daily basis. It’s great to see so many of you getting in touch with familiar faces and from all over the world.
Registrations in every country WORLDWIDE!
Fact! WRM now has registrations in every single country worldwide, and for all you pub quizzers out there, there are 192 of them, (not including Taiwan), which makes us the world’s number one service for finding old friends.

Isn’t it a small world? YOUR stories…
As we’re all drawn together under the Who-Remembers-Me roof, it’s funny how the expression ‘it’s a small world’ suddenly makes so much sense…
Well, even more so for two 35 year old Aussies who hadn’t spoken to each other since their school days. They hooked up through the site only to discover they are both living in the UK!
And two couples that were in the army, stationed together in Germany, found each other after 25 years and now plan to meet up. “Who-Remembers-Me.com has opened up the floodgates to friends from our past; it’s lovely catching up and soon we’ll be meeting up. Thank you!” Gerry & Geordie Fawcett, Salisbury.

What is an ATTENDANCE?
After you have logged in, you can add your ‘attendances’. This means the names of any ‘search-engine’ institutions such as colleges, schools and clubs you have attended, or the streets you have lived on and places you have worked.
On Who-Remembers-Me.com there are 18 different ‘attendance categories’ to choose from. If you do not add any ‘attendances’, you will not appear on the site. Conversely, the more ‘attendances’ you add, the easier it is for you to be found by old friends.
It is free to add as many ‘attendances’ as you like so that people can find and contact you.
Or as a full member you can do the Sherlock work yourself and search through any of the 18 categories to find out what pals and colleagues have been up to since you saw them last.
To keep you on your toes, we will email you as soon as a new member adds an ‘attendance’ that matches one of yours, with a link directly to their profile. It couldn’t be simpler!

And for existing WRM members there couldn’t be a better time. We are now offering all of our none full members an alternative way to become full members completely free of charge. This offer will be sent out by email so watch out for it if you are not already a full member.
