You might want to talk about some of the areas listed below. But do remember that anyone can read your profile so, to help ensure your privacy, we have also included a list of things we recommend you don’t mention.

Write about…

• Your job or career
• Whether or not you have children and how many
• Whether you are married, single or divorced
• What part of the world you have chosen to live in
• How your life has developed since you were younger
• How you have changed or not since the old days
• Your interests, hobbies and achievements
• A funny or touching memory which stands out in your mind

Leave it out…

• Any personal contact details such as your email address and phone number
• Your address or the name of the street in which you now live
• Anything which you may use as a password such as the names of your children or pets
• Your birthday or date of birth
• Anything which could be offensive or insulting
