Rodeo Reunion – Mount Isa friends meet up after 37 years!
Cheryl Cole from Mount Isa in Queensland, Australia, has found AND met up with an old friend from her school days.
Following initial emails through the site, their two families visited each other. Her friend still lived in their old hometown and there has since been a school reunion for former pupils of the local Mount Isa State School.
They now have plans to meet up once a year for a get-together in the week of the rodeo, which is a major local event.
Cheryl is thrilled she’s been able to reconnect with her past through the site, but is also pleased her husband can now put a face to all the names she’s mentioned over the years!
