Liana van der Walt wrote to say she has found her childhood sweetheart through the site, and amazingly they still feel the same way about each other.

Liana explains:

“Jurgens and I went to school together, at Hartbeespoort High, in South Africa, and even had a crush on each other in grade 8 & 9.

We matriculated in 1994. Unfortunately we each went our own way after school and lost touch, but I always wondered how he was doing and what he was up to.

Then one day, an email from Who-remembers-me came through… and there he was! We were the only 2 people registered from our school year in 1994. I
decided to send him an email, not expecting a reply, but before the day was over, I had a reply!

We went for coffee… and after a couple of dates we fell head over heels in love! Unfortunately he was on his way to the UK, to start a new life for himself but now we're making plans for me to join him in the UK! It's wonderful!”
