Ben Havemann High School Reunion
Hilary, a former pupil of Ben Havemann High School in Vierfontein, South Africa, wrote to say that on the 23rd May this year, she and her fellow ex 1979 matrics got together for a second school reunion at Wawiel Park.
They held their first 5 years after they graduated and apparently Hilary had been able to trace a number of ex school friends through the site.
She and her friend Petro Oosthuizen have since gone on to contact all 14 ex matrics. The school does not exist any more but the subsequent May reunion was a huge success – they even managed to find two former teachers.
