Gillian Allison, from Trinidad and Tobago, wrote to say she recently reconnected with a former classmate through Who-Remembers-Me.com. Gillian and her friend Michelle used to go to St. Dominic’s Convent together some twenty years ago. Gillian said that like her, Michelle was one of the tallest girls in her class. She says they always got on really well and remembers how Michelle used to fix her hair on the sly, during lessons, using a mirror she concealed in a book. One day however she got caught by their history teacher with her book up to her face, fixing her hair. Apparently it was really funny! Gillian says she’s so pleased to have re-connected with her because she’s sadly lost touch with most of her classmates. Both she and Michelle are now in regular email contact.
