Lyn Adams from New South Wales in Australia wrote to say she’s recently reconnected with a former employer and friend. Lyn used to work for Gary back in the 80s, in his take-away food shop Mizzle’s Transit Bar in Inverell.

Apparently it was quite by chance that she got the job; the café she worked in at the time was sold and the new owners were unable to keep her on. Lyn was a little upset and went to Gary’s shop for a coffee. Gary asked her what was wrong and later offered her a job working for him! Lyn worked for Gary for 18 months until he sold the business. She hadn’t heard from him in years until he recently contacted her through WRM.
